On-Campus Pick-Up
Last day to order On-Campus Pick-Up option & receive stole during BSSA Distribution:
May 1st, 2025
On-Campus Pick-Up – stole will be available for pick-up during BSSA Stole Distribution. Stole distribution will occur on campus at HSS 1129 between 10AM – 3PM during the following dates:
Monday, May 12th – Friday, May 16th (5/12 – 5/16)
and Monday, May 19th – Thursday, May 22nd (5/19 – 5/22)
– Please ensure that a UCSD e-mail address is entered at checkout.
– If ordering on a student’s behalf, at checkout select ‘Ship to different address’ and enter the student’s name in the Shipping Address field. You should enter the school address here as well (9500 Gilman Dr., La Jolla, CA 92037).
– Bring your ID to match the name on the order.
– If someone is picking up on your behalf, bring their ID or a photo of it.
Direct-Ship
Last day to order Direct-Ship & have stole shipped prior to June 14th Commencement:
May 22nd, 2025
Direct-Ship – if you can’t make it to campus during BSSA Stole Distribution, you can have the stole shipped directly to you for an additional cost.
