How can I cancel my order?

All cancellation requests must be submitted through our Cancellation Form, within 48 hours*, no exceptions. See full cancellation policy.


If you have passed the 48 hour cancellation window please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you further.

I cancelled my order but I haven't received my refund. How long does it take?

Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of your request and up to 10 business days to see funds back to your account.

I requested a cancellation but I still received my order, what do I do with it if I no longer need it?

You may return your order within 7 days of receiving the item. Please review our return policy and submit a Return Request as soon as possible.

Can I edit my order once it's placed?

For changes/revisions to your order please submit an Order Change Request.*

Cancellation Policy

CollegeWear, Inc. produces custom-made graduation regalia. Because most items are made to order, all sales are governed by the policies below. These policies are strictly enforced based on order timestamps and carrier tracking data.

Order Cancellations

Order Cancellation Requests must be received within 48 hours of the order placement date as shown on the order confirmation email for a full refund. After 48 hours, orders cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refunds.

 

Order Change Requests

As an alternative to cancellation, customers may request a design change within the same 48 hour window. For design change requests, the original order will be cancelled and the customer will receive a coupon equal to 100% of the original order value to place a revised order. No refunds will be issued in this instance.

 

Replacements

If CollegeWear produces an item with an error we can offer a replacement order at no cost to the customer. Customers should submit a Replacement Request as soon as possible after receiving the incorrect or defective product. Eligible reasons for replacement request include receipt of incorrect, defective, or damaged product. Customers must submit photographs of product received as part of the Replacement Request.

Production time for the replacement order is based on our current turnaround time. Replacement orders cannot be expedited. If the customer is unable to wait for a replacement offer a full refund may be requested. Redos and refunds will not be issued together.

 

Refunds

In the event CollegeWear, Inc. ships a defective, incorrect, defective, or damaged product or  fails to meet the expected production timeline as outlined on your order confirmation  customers may request a refund.

For defective, incorrect, or damaged products customers may request a replacement however replacement order cannot be expedited and will be produced based on our current production timeline. If the customer is unable to wait for a replacement they may request a refund.  A full refund can only be processed once the customer submits a Return Request and returns the item within 7 days of delivery based on the original order shipment tracking. Once our team receives and inspects the returned item a refund will be processed.

Shipping Issues

If an order is marked ‘Return to Sender’ and re-routed back to CollegeWear, Inc. due to an incorrect or insufficient address please notify us by submitting a Lost Shipment Form. In the case of a returned package, we will re-ship the item to you at no cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify their full and correct shipping address prior to a re-shipment attempt. Additionally, CollegeWear, Inc. will only offer one re-shipment attempt at no cost. Additional attempts will be made at the cost to the customer.

For lost/stolen shipments, all shipments are insured up to $100, therefore we recommend customer’s first contact the courier service used to ship the order (shown on your tracking information) and file a claim. Additionally, CollegeWear, Inc. can provide a 50% courtesy coupon for a new order.
