Orders and Custom Products
All custom products, including graduation stoles and apparel, are made-to-order and subject to production and fulfillment timelines. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and subject to our 48-hour cancellation policy.
An order is considered accepted once it is reviewed and confirmed by CollegeWear, Inc. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated during checkout.
All shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, CollegeWear is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. For information on shipping visit our Manufacturing page.
User-Submitted Designs
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any designs, images, text, or logos you submit for custom products. This includes ensuring correct spelling, grammar, and design placement.
We are not responsible for errors in user-submitted designs. By submitting a design, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content and that it does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or third-party intellectual property, or violate any laws.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with a design that is deemed offensive, illegal, or in violation of any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or an error was made by CollegeWear. A product is considered defective if there is a manufacturing error, such as incorrect stitching or a misprint.
An error made by CollegeWear includes sending defective or incorrectly customized product, including wrong embroidery or color. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please submit a support ticket within 7 days of delivery for resolution. We may require photographic evidence to process your claim.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollegeWear, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products.
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, CollegeWear is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. For information on shipping visit our Help Center.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CollegeWear, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to seek a resolution. If not resolved within 60 days, both parties agree to resolve disputes exclusively through binding arbitration, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
This agreement to arbitrate does not apply to disputes relating to intellectual property rights or claims that cannot be subject to arbitration by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
