How do I design my own custom graduation stole?

How long are the stoles and what materials are used?
Our standard satin stoles measure 40 inches per side (80 inches total length) and are crafted from premium, high-gloss bridal satin with contrast trim. All embroidery is stitched with high-density thread for a lasting keepsake.
How long does it take to receive a stole?
Production on stoles typically takes 3-6 weeks depending on order date. Please refer to turnaround times listed in-app for most up-to-date information.
When is the deadline to order a custom stole for Commencement 2027?
Orders placed on or before April 10th, 2027 should arrive before Commencement, though timing can’t be fully guaranteed. We recommend ordering as early as possible.
Are your UTampa graduation stoles officially licensed?
Yes. CollegeWear, Inc. is an approved Affinity vendor, so your UTampa stole is officially licensed. Every design is also reviewed against UTampa branding before production.
Can I add custom Greek letters, logos, or personal text to my stole?
Yes, you can add Greek letters, UTampa logos, personalized text, flags, and other design elements to your custom stole.
Can I still order a stole after the ship date to receive it before Commencement has passed?
Yes, you will still be able to order a stole.
